Why ERMES exists, the problem and the fix
When a patient is unconscious, the people treating them shouldn't have to guess. ERMES puts the facts in their hands before the first decision.
What is ERMES?
Emergency Real-time Medical Exchange System: a digital medical identity, crash detection and a live link to dispatch and hospitals.
Our mission
Make life-saving health data instantly available in emergencies, reduce medical errors and save lives.
The dataWhy missing data costs lives

Accredited responders and the hospital receiving you can open it during an incident. Every access is logged.

Global-readyOne platform.
Any country.
Your language
The app and every alert run in six languages today: Greek, English, French, Italian, German and Spanish. More can be added for each new market.
Regional setup
Each country or region runs its own dispatch zone, with its own responders, hospitals and data boundaries, on one shared platform.
Local emergency services
ERMES connects to each market's emergency number and services: 112 in Europe, and the local equivalent elsewhere.
Local partners
We launch with insurers, fleet operators, hospitals and health authorities in each country.

Good to knowQuestions
Does ERMES replace emergency services?
No. ERMES supports emergency services and alerts them faster, with better information. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number.
What if my phone is locked or broken?
Responders scan the QR code on your helmet, wristband or card, so they never need your phone. With a vehicle tracker, crash alerts don't depend on your phone either.
What if there's no mobile signal?
The vehicle tracker has its own cellular connection, separate from your phone. Responders need a data connection to open your profile.
Who can see my medical data?
Only accredited responders and the hospital receiving you, during an emergency. Every access is logged.
Can I change or delete my data?
Yes, at any time in the app.
Which countries can use ERMES?
